The short version

Your jobs, customers, prices, logo and business details belong to you. If you sign in, we store them so you can use them on any device. We don't sell them or share them with anyone.

What we store

Without an account, everything you type into the app (jobs, costs, proposals, invoices, your logo and business details) is saved only in your web browser on that phone or computer. It is not sent to us.

If you sign in, we store your email address, your saved jobs, business details, logo and next invoice number in our database, hosted by Supabase, so they're there when you sign in on another device. Only you can see them when signed in. If you sign out, they're removed from that device but stay in your account.

To delete your account and everything stored with it, contact us and we'll remove it.

Payments

If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email and card details to process the payment and send receipts. We receive your name, email and subscription status from Stripe so we can support your account. We never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Website hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service. The app loads fonts from Google Fonts and its sign-in code from jsDelivr; both receive your IP address when the files load.

Email you send from the app

When you email or share a proposal or invoice, it goes through your own email or messaging app. We don't see it.
