Roofing pricing questions
How do I price a roof per square?
Total every cost of the job (labour with payroll costs and WCB, materials, disposal and your overhead share), add your margin, then divide by the number of squares. One square is 100 square feet of roof.
Should I charge more for steep or complicated roofs?
Yes, through the hours. Add the extra crew time to the job and the calculator raises the price you need to stay on target.
Can I use it for repairs?
Yes. Pick "Service and repair" for small jobs paid on completion.
Is it free?
The job check is free. Proposals, invoices and your logo come with Pro, and new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no card needed.
